Great company. Very professional. Excellent workmanship.Its nice to find a company that takes pride in their work and follwes through on what they tell you. I had 2 Nine foot doors replaced and could not be happier with Balanced Garage Doors. The framing for the existing doors was not sufficient to safely install the new doors causing my old doors to bind and jerk while in operation. Balanced explained my issues and my new doors run as "smooth as buttah".

Dylan called 30 minutes before arriving and quickly found the issue with our garage door. He gave us multiple options for repairs as well as replacement. We went with replacement and he made the repairs at no cost until the door comes in. We are very pleased so far.

Courteous and prompt service. Technician (Dylan) was able to identify the problem and fix it within 5 minutes of his arrival. Told me that there would be no charge due to such a simple fix. Needless to say, I was astounded with this level of competence and customer service - a rare commodity these days. I will look no further than Balanced Garage Doors if ever I need service again.
