My garage door was not opening up. I had a first estimate that the cause was the gear shift and would be about $300. He was there like 2 minutes and didn't even touch a thing. We thought about just buying a new opener since it was cheaper than the quote. I was about to cancel Balanced Garage Doors for the next day and sooooo glad I didn't. Josh promptly called me and said hey I am done early and can come your way. Eager to know what could be done I said yes. Once Josh got here not only was he Covid-19 safe he quickly jumped into action. He told me the issue and how to fix it as the garage door was locked. Within less than an hour he had the door going for almost $170 less than the lol "other guys". Yeah Balanced Garage Doors is now my only call for garage door issues.
