My entire experience with Balanced Garage Doors was great from start to finish. I saw their reviews online and called and spoke to a very polite person who was able to get a technician out the same day. The technician, Glen did a great job start to finish. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. He told me it would take 1 hr to do the job and that’s exactly how long it took. He spent additional time showing me how to download the app and how to use it. I’m very happy with my new (and extremely quiet) belt driven garage door opener. I scheduled service Sunday afternoon to repair a broken torsion spring on Monday morning at 8AM. Kevin called and advised he was 30 minutes out and then arrived promptly at 8 AM. Including inspection he completed the requested work just inside of 1 hour. He was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Balanced Garage Doors again or recommend to a friend.
