He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our garage door system. Sean explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left. Mike was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone come out right away. I was worried because my garage would just reverse intermittenly while trying to close and both sensor lights were on so I figured this would be a head scratcher for sure but guys 20+ years of experience really showed. He already had a few things in mind after doing some inspecting and within the hour, he replaced my sensors and re-wired what was already a wiring nightmare and he tested it several times before he called the job finished. Very professional and his communication was great, which is not as common these days even with businesses. The price was a bit on the high end imo, but for the level of convenience, speed, and service, I would still recommend this business for anyone having garage issues.

Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy.
