Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy. I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors!

The technician who answered my service request, whose name is Kwon, was extremely professional and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and immediately repair it. I was very pleased with the level of service and I will request to have Kwon be the technician to service my garage doors and openers in the future. His demeanor and his work ethic have earned my trust and he will be the only technician I want servicing my garage doors and openers. Incredible experience with Balanced Garage Doors. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. Ed came out and did a thorough inspection/estimate, took the time to explain the issues and my options. He gave a very fair price and did not push anything on me as I mentioned I had other quotes. It was an easy decision to go with them from the timliness of the estimate, price, and warranties that they offered. Damien did the install 4 days later. They gave me a timeframe from 12-4 and he showed up right at 12 on the spot. He was in and out in 2 hours and he did a thorough walk through of everything he did (full garage door replacement), tested it numerous times with me, and was very respectful and professional. 10/10 experience!

I contacted Balanced Garage Doors last night and was impressed to receive both a phone call and a text early this morning to coordinate appointment times. They kept me updated and let me know when Mike was on his way. He arrived promptly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through our options. Mike had most of the necessary parts on his truck and explained that occasionally some items need to be ordered. He completed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
