Michael West was my technician today, and he suggested an upgrade to a chain-based opener with a stronger motor. Michael got the install done quickly and did a top-notch job. I feel really confident now with this new system, and know it will do the job better than the last system.

Incredible experience with Balanced Garage Doors. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. Ed came out and did a thorough inspection/estimate, took the time to explain the issues and my options. He gave a very fair price and did not push anything on me as I mentioned I had other quotes. It was an easy decision to go with them from the timliness of the estimate, price, and warranties that they offered. Damien did the install 4 days later. They gave me a timeframe from 12-4 and he showed up right at 12 on the spot. He was in and out in 2 hours and he did a thorough walk through of everything he did (full garage door replacement), tested it numerous times with me, and was very respectful and professional. 10/10 experience!

I called for a repair person, and Sean was able to come out earlier than expected. He made the repairs and maintenance steps in a timely fashion. In addition, he was friendly and courteous, and I would have him back again. The garage door is found great now!

They kept me updated and let me know when Mike was on his way. He arrived promptly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through our options. Mike had most of the necessary parts on his truck and explained that occasionally some items need to be ordered. He completed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
