I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.

Took 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, gave me a quote, had all the parts on the truck and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I didn't even have to move my car out of the garage. Technician showed me the bill and how much each part cost, told me about a $50 off coupon and applied it for me, so I didn't even have to go searching for the discount myself. My opener is running like it did when brand new and the door is whisper quiet. Best money I've spent in years. Will absolutely call Balanced again if I have future garage door repairs.

He not only had the parts I needed with him, but within the next 1-1/2 hours, had installed the correct parts and had the garage door working smoothly again. I could tell that Zachary was efficient and very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The garage door now opens and closes with no problems. I am very happy with the service I received.
