Spencer, the technician, was very polite and knowledgeable about the industry. Incredible experience with Balanced Garage Doors. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. Ed came out and did a thorough inspection/estimate, took the time to explain the issues and my options. He gave a very fair price and did not push anything on me as I mentioned I had other quotes. It was an easy decision to go with them from the timliness of the estimate, price, and warranties that they offered. Damien did the install 4 days later. They gave me a timeframe from 12-4 and he showed up right at 12 on the spot. He was in and out in 2 hours and he did a thorough walk through of everything he did (full garage door replacement), tested it numerous times with me, and was very respectful and professional. 10/10 experience!

I contacted Balanced Garage Doors last night and was impressed to receive both a phone call and a text early this morning to coordinate appointment times.
