I can't emphasize enough how exceptional Balanced Garage Doors truly is. After my belt broke, I called on Thursday night and by Friday morning, my garage door was fully repaired. Spencer was fantastic—he clearly explained how everything works and provided honest options. The entire process was quick, professional, and seamless. Excellent experience with Balanced Garage Doors! I called this afternoon, and Sean was able to come out the very same day for a garage door maintenance service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our garage door system. Sean explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is so responsive and provides such great customer service. Mike was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone come out right away. I was worried because my garage would just reverse intermittenly while trying to close and both sensor lights were on so I figured this would be a head scratcher for sure but guys 20+ years of experience really showed. He already had a few things in mind after doing some inspecting and within the hour, he replaced my sensors and re-wired what was already a wiring nightmare and he tested it several times before he called the job finished. Very professional and his communication was great, which is not as common these days even with businesses. The price was a bit on the high end imo, but for the level of convenience, speed, and service, I would still recommend this business for anyone having garage issues.

Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy. I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors!

I've had two very good experiences with this company. In the latest interaction, a panel on one of my garage doors was damaged and needed to be replaced. They came out to give an estimate within hours of our request. They gave the estimate and were back the next day to do the work. The work was excellent quality and done on time. Highly recommend.

Great company and excellent service hands down! Worked with Connor for installing a new LiftMaster motor and rail. He also helped fix the door hinges and fix the switches. He gave me a great deal.
