I called another company for a quote that was twice the price that balanced garage doors quoted and was told 3-4 weeks. I called Balanced garage doors they came the next day to give me a quote. I was told a technician could come the next day. The technician ended up calling me the same day and told me he could get it done that day. He came and knocked it out by himself. They are fair, professional and fast. Highly recommended.

Balance garage door technician added tension to the tension springs. That solved my immediate problem. He then did a tuneup on the door. Which it needed. The door is smooth and operates very quiet now. I am so happy with this service. The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of industry experience, so it was a same day job to him.
I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.

Called in the morning because my garage door kept getting stuck. Technician was dispatched at a convenient time for me. The arrival window was two hours, but he showed up at the start. Very knowledgeable. Took 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, gave me a quote, had all the parts on the truck...Called in the morning because my garage door kept getting stuck. Took 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, gave me a quote, had all the parts on the truck and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I didn't even have to move my car out of the garage. Technician showed me the bill and how much each part cost, told me about a $50 off coupon and applied it for me, so I didn't even have to go searching for the discount myself. My opener is running like it did when brand new and the door is whisper quiet. Best money I've spent in years. Will absolutely call Balanced again if I have future garage door repairs.

He not only had the parts I needed with him, but within the next 1-1/2 hours, had installed the correct parts and had the garage door working smoothly again. I could tell that Zachary was efficient and very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The representative at Balanced Garage Doors sent a technician to replace the springs in less than two hours. The technician, Keon, did an excellent job. He replaced the springs in less than an hour. The garage door now opens and closes with no problems. I am very happy with the service I received.

I've had two very good experiences with this company. In the latest interaction, a panel on one of my garage doors was damaged and needed to be replaced. They came out to give an estimate within hours of our request. They gave the estimate and were back the next day to do the work. The work was excellent quality and done on time. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience. Caleb was very helpful on the phone and was able to have someone come out quickly to assess our damage. Damien arrived right on time and worked efficiently and did not try to oversell which speaks to the company's integrity. We also have a warranty on the parts and labor which gave me peace of mind. He pointed out a safer solution than our old spring system that actually cost LESS than what we had originally, had we wanted a direct replacement! I highly recommend Balanced!

Great company and excellent service hands down! Worked with Connor for installing a new LiftMaster motor and rail. He also helped fix the door hinges and fix the switches. He gave me a great deal. Connor is a friendly guy, always smiling, he is experienced and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and honest. I would recommend this company 5/5 times.
