Excellent experience with Balanced Garage Doors! I called this afternoon, and Sean was able to come out the very same day for a garage door maintenance service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our garage door system. Sean explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is so responsive and provides such great customer service. I highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors and especially Sean for anyone needing garage door maintenance or repairs. We will definitely use them again in the future!

They repaired my garage door at my home in Alpharetta and I am now moving to Dawsonville and the garage door at the house I purchased was bowing badly and had broken hinges and rollers. Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy. I've had two very good experiences with this company. In the latest interaction, a panel on one of my garage doors was damaged and needed to be replaced. They came out to give an estimate within hours of our request. They gave the estimate and were back the next day to do the work. The work was excellent quality and done on time. Highly recommend.

Great company and excellent service hands down! Worked with Connor for installing a new LiftMaster motor and rail. He also helped fix the door hinges and fix the switches. He gave me a great deal.
