Mike was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone come out right away. I was worried because my garage would just reverse intermittenly while trying to close and both sensor lights were on so I figured this would be a head scratcher for sure but guys 20+ years of experience really showed. He already had a few things in mind after doing some inspecting and within the hour, he replaced my sensors and re-wired what was already a wiring nightmare and he tested it several times before he called the job finished. Very professional and his communication was great, which is not as common these days even with businesses. The price was a bit on the high end imo, but for the level of convenience, speed, and service, I would still recommend this business for anyone having garage issues.

He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy. I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors!
