Incredibly grateful and impressed by Balanced Garage Doors and everyone I spoke with. We had an emergency where our original garage door contractor didn’t order the garage door from the manufacturer and didn’t tell me until the day it was supposed to be installed. We had an emergency where our original garage door contractor didn’t order the garage door from the manufacturer and didn’t tell me until the day it was supposed to be installed. We needed it that day for a reason and, in a panic, I called BGD first thing in the morning. They called the manufacturer to see if they could get the specific door we wanted that same day. They were able to get the door, send a technician out to measure everything and have the manager out to install the door (even though he doesn’t do installs anymore). They bent over backwards and did everything they could to make sure I had the door that day. Again, I’m incredibly grateful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you all!
