The young man who showed up to help was amazing. He was polite, kind, and understanding of the (complex) situation I found myself in today. He somehow was able to repair my garage door issue the same day. I thought the issue would take multiple visits to the property, but he had many years of... I didn't even know my garage door opener had Wi-Fi, the young man even explained how to get that working. I no longer have a security issue - see image - squatters could have crawled under the door. 10/10 will recommend.

My opener is running like it did when brand new and the door is whisper quiet. Best money I've spent in years. Will absolutely call Balanced again if I have future garage door repairs.
