I have a big, heavy garage door, and the opener that came with the house was never really adequate for the job, and finally wore out. I've used Balanced before for other hardware fixes and adjustments, and they've always been great to work with and respond right away. Michael West was my technician today, and he suggested an upgrade to a chain-based opener with a stronger motor. Michael got the install done quickly and did a top-notch job. I feel really confident now with this new system, and know it will do the job better than the last system.

They sent a text with the appointment time frame, and on the day of the service, they sent another message to let me know they were on their way. Spencer, the technician, was very polite and knowledgeable about the industry. He is a great asset to the company and completed the installation of the new garage opener within the specified time frame. I highly recommend Spencer to anyone. If you have any garage door issues, Balanced Garage Doors should be your go-to place. They deserve ten stars instead of just five!

Incredible experience with Balanced Garage Doors. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. Ed came out and did a thorough inspection/estimate, took the time to explain the issues and my options. He gave a very fair price and did not push anything on me as I mentioned I had other quotes. It was an easy decision to go with them from the timliness of the estimate, price, and warranties that they offered. Damien did the install 4 days later. They gave me a timeframe from 12-4 and he showed up right at 12 on the spot. He was in and out in 2 hours and he did a thorough walk through of everything he did (full garage door replacement), tested it numerous times with me, and was very respectful and professional. 10/10 experience!

I contacted Balanced Garage Doors last night and was impressed to receive both a phone call and a text early this morning to coordinate appointment times. They kept me updated and let me know when Mike was on his way. He arrived promptly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and took the time to walk us through our options. Mike had most of the necessary parts on his truck and explained that occasionally some items need to be ordered. He completed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
