Kwon was the technician who came, he was professional, personable, and genuinely honest — a combination that’s harder to find than it should be these days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it, and while he worked, he took the time to walk us through the mechanics of our garage door and gave us many great tips on how to maintain it going forward. We really appreciated the extra service! On top of his technical know-how, he had great manners, respectful, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. These guys are the best! They repaired my garage door at my home in Alpharetta and I am now moving to Dawsonville and the garage door at the house I purchased was bowing badly and had broken hinges and rollers. I just knew as bad as it was it would have to be replaced but they repaired it good as new. Different repairmen but same company. Mike was amazing. I called to schedule an appointment and they said they would have someone come out right away. I was worried because my garage would just reverse intermittenly while trying to close and both sensor lights were on so I figured this would be a head scratcher for sure but guys 20+ years of experience really showed. He already had a few things in mind after doing some inspecting and within the hour, he replaced my sensors and re-wired what was already a wiring nightmare and he tested it several times before he called the job finished. Very professional and his communication was great, which is not as common these days even with businesses. The price was a bit on the high end imo, but for the level of convenience, speed, and service, I would still recommend this business for anyone having garage issues.

Everything was taken care of the same day! We called in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The repairman, Mike, was great! He communicated his arrival time and arrived at that time. He thoroughly explained our repair options and pricing. He worked with us on the price and completed the repairs (new spring and cables) in a timely manner. He even took care of another minor repair (broken hinge) as a courtesy.
